Last night's Social Fabric Online Gathering was both inspiring and grounding - literally!

Andrea Pinheiro @andreammpinetree spoke about her work and its myriad connections to the evening's guiding theme of creative crossovers. Her jam-packed talk demonstrated how studio practice can transcend borders and boundaries of discipline, approach, geography, material, time and more; and how art and life inherently influence and inform each other.

Our gathered group had a great time reflecting on the land around them and the ground under their feet. Following a short guided sensory meditation on soil, we made dirt drawings and shared reflective words that blended to form a collaborative poem. As you can see, we were intent on our work!
